CDW applies to the first claim only. Roof and underside damage are excluded; other exclusions and limits apply. It does not remove all liability.

Extras are subject to availability and suitability. Your booking or confirmed quote shows the final charges. Package components should not be added again when they are already included in your Value Pack.
TWO DIFFERENT DEPOSITS
When booking more than 28 days before collection, a 20% booking deposit is payable. This is part of your total hire price; the balance is due 28 days before collection.
For bookings within 28 days of collection, the full hire price is payable when booking. The team will confirm arrangements if booking exactly 28 days before collection.
A separate £2,000 security deposit is pre-authorised on the main driver or hirer’s card at check-in. With optional CDW or the Value Pack, this is reduced to £500, subject to the hire terms.
The pre-authorisation is released after return checks, subject to any applicable charges or liability. It is separate from your booking payment.
Comprehensive vehicle insurance is included for approved qualifying drivers. UK licence holders must be aged 23–75; EU licence holders 25–69. A full licence must have been held for at least two years. Other licence countries and individual eligibility require confirmation by the team. See the full hire terms and exclusions.
